Eric Nicastro is Senior Partner with Pacin Levine, P.A., and maintains over a decade of extensive experience litigating personal injury cases on behalf of wronged individuals. He has represented countless clients with a passion for achieving successful results on their behalf.

Eric is no stranger to the courtroom. He has served as lead counsel in several jury trials arising from negligence, wrongful death and catastrophic injury claims. He has litigated cases in both state and federal court on matters that run the gamut: from personal injury and wrongful death; construction and property damage; and employment discrimination and labor law, among other fields.

Originally from New England, Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Rhode Island and his Juris Doctor from Roger Williams Law School. Eric began his legal career as a litigation associate of a renowned plaintiffs’ personal injury firm, representing the victims of catastrophic injury claims. Upon fulfilling his lifelong dream of relocating from the cold of New England to the sunshine of South Florida, Eric gained invaluable insight into insurance claims operations while working for a large insurance defense firm. With Pacin Levine, P.A, Eric brings his multifaceted proficiency to the table while representing clients who have been injured and are seeking just compensation from insurance companies.

Outside of the courtroom, you can catch Eric playing guitar in different bands throughout the state of Florida.
