Jennifer Francisco Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. Prior to representing plaintiffs, Jennifer defended insurance companies in civil litigation lawsuits dealing with insurance disputes, property damage, and breach of contract.
Jennifer was born and raised in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from La Salle University where she pursued a dual major in Political Science and Spanish.
She went on to receive her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated Cum Laude. While attending law school, Jennifer served as judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Lourdes Simon of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. Jennifer was also a member of the St. Thomas Trial Team and advocated at the ABA Section of Labor and Employment Law Trial advocacy Competition winning First place at Regionals and Nationals. As a result, she was honored with the Order of Barristers, which is a national organization that recognizes people for their achievements in oral advocacy programs. She also received the Miami-Dade Trial Lawyers Association Book Award.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys traveling and spending time with her friends and family.
