Marcela Mendoza, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. She focuses her practice on personal injury, car accidents, slip and falls, and wrongful death cases.

Marcela Mendoza was born in Colombia and raised in South Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree from Florida International University where she received a bachelor’s degree in communications. She stayed local and enrolled at St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami Gardens. During her legal academic years, Marcela was recognized for her pro bono work for Catholic Legal Services and the Southern Poverty Law Center. Additionally, Marcela also interned for the Honorable Judge Hunter Davis in the 17th Circuit. After graduating law school and receiving her J.D. degree, Marcela gained interest in the area of personal injury and has, since then, worked hard to hold insurance companies accountable for their contractual obligations and to help victims of negligence receive the fairest compensation.

In her spare time, Marcela enjoys reading, traveling, going to the movie theater, attending concerts, and spending time with her 3 dogs.
