Gladys Orta Rodriguez

Gladys Orta Rodriguez, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A., who represents individuals who have been injured in automobile accidents, slip and falls, and premises liability.

Gladys was born in Cuba and lived in Miami, Florida most of her life. Gladys earned her undergraduate degree in criminal justice and a minor in psychology from Florida International University. She received her J.D. from St. Thomas School of Law. During law school she interned at the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division. She also worked as a case manager for a personal injury law firm during law school in addition to her involvement in extracurricular organizations such as the Cuban-American Student Bar Association. Upon obtaining admission to the Florida Bar, Gladys began working for a collections firm where she gained extensive court experience. Thereafter, she began working at Pacin Levine, P.A., as a personal injury litigation attorney, and ultimately now working as a personal injury pre-suit attorney.

Gladys is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law throughout Florida. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.

When not working on a successful outcome to her cases, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters, husband, and family.
