Jennifer Rice is an attorney at Pacin Levine’s Illinois Office.

After suffering an injury as a passenger in a car accident at 17-years old, Jennifer found her calling in the legal field. She has successfully represented thousands of clients in pre-suit, litigation, and trial throughout Illinois and Wisconsin. Before joining Pacin Levine, Jennifer represented victims of catastrophic injury and death due to the negligence of semi-truck drivers and truck companies. In her tenure as an attorney thus far, she has secured over $25 Million in settlements for her clients.

Recognized for her abilities, she has proudly received the Leading Lawyers Emerging Lawyer Award five years in a row (2020-2024), a distinction reserved for the top 2% of lawyers in Illinois. Through relentless dedication, meticulous preparation, and unwavering commitment, Jennifer aims to be the trusted advocate and ally for her clients.

Jennifer earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and her Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago. She was born and raised in the northern suburbs of Illinois. She is licensed to practice law in both Illinois and Wisconsin.
