Cristhian Garcia
Cristhian Garcia, Esq. is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. Prior to joining the firm, Cristhian’s areas of practice included first party property litigation and immigration where she acquired invaluable legal experience in protecting individuals’ rights.
Cristhian was born in Nicaragua and raised in Hollywood, FL. Cristhian completed her undergraduate education at Keiser University, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies. Thereafter, Cristhian earned her Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law. While attending law school, Cristhian served as judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Michelle Towbin-Singer of the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida. Cristhian also participated in the December 2015 Pro Se Asylum Clinic, Citizenship Drive, Bankruptcy Clinic, and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
Cristhian is a member in good standing of the Florida Bar and is admitted to practice law throughout Florida. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.
In her spare time, Cristhian enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, children, friends, and family.
