Carlos Betancourt, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. He concentrates his practice on Personal Injury Protection Litigation and fiercely fights for the interests of his clients.
After emigrating to Miami at a very young age, Carlos quickly realized his passion for justice and for helping people overcome legal difficulties. At the age of 13, Carlos decided that he would become an attorney, and from that day has worked tirelessly to achieve that goal and continues to try to be the best attorney and person he can be. Carlos is a proud double Panther who earned his bachelor’s degree, with honors, from Florida International University. After studying in Chicago for a year, Carlos returned to Miami and earned his Juris Doctorate at Florida International University College of Law, where he made the Dean’s List in almost every semester.
During law school, Carlos used his passion for helping others to become a student ambassador, mentoring first year law students. During and before his legal education, Carlos gained multiple years of experience working at a Boutique Personal Injury law firm in Miami, Florida, where he assisted attorneys in maximizing settlements and verdicts for those injured by the negligence of others. Carlos also has experience in business litigation and insurance defense litigation.
In his spare time, Carlos enjoys spending time with family and friends, enjoying the beach, and hiking mountains and trails.
