Fernando A. Silva
Fernando A. Silva is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. focusing on car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. Fernando is a zealous advocate for his clients. Fernando is Bi-lingual in English and Spanish. A native of Maracaibo, Venezuela, Fernando obtained his law degree from Universidad Rafael Urdaneta. He came into the United States in 2011 to pursue a Master of Science in Criminal Justice at Florida International University. After successfully obtaining his master’s degree, he received his Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University College of Law and passed the Florida Bar in 2018. In 2021, he obtained a Master of Laws in Intercultural Human Rights (LL.M.) from St. Thomas University and graduated magna cum laude. Fernando loves Italian soccer and playing poker with his friends.
