Gina M. Di Bella is a Senior Partner at Pacin Levine, P.A.’s Illinois Office. She has extensive experience prosecuting personal injury and insurance coverage matters. Gina has successfully represented thousands of clients in pre-suit, litigation, arbitration, and trial throughout the Illinois.

After six years in corporate litigation, Gina transferred her legal expertise and aggressive negotiation skills to the area of personal injury. She has been solely representing victims of personal injury matters for over a decade. Gina prides herself on client service and attaining the best possible outcome on each case. In recognition of her successful outcomes and dedication to the legal profession, Gina has been published as a “Top Attorney” in The Global Directory of Who’s Who and Chicago Magazine. Gina also received a Client Distinction Award from Martindale-Hubbell for exemplary client service.

Gina earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University, Bloomington (with Distinction) and her Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law (summa cum laude).

Gina was born and raised in Chicago and now lives in the northern suburbs of Chicago. In her free time, Gina enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.
