Jessica Tome, Esq. is a Personal Injury Litigation and Trial Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. She focuses her practice in representing those who have been injured in auto accidents and slip and falls throughout Florida. Prior to joining Pacin Levine, P.A. her practice focused on immigration law. Most notably asylum, deportation proceedings, citizenship, green card matters, and waivers.

Originally from Caracas, Venezuela, Jessica earned her undergraduate degree at Florida International University. Thereafter, Jessica earned her Juris Doctor from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law. While attending law school she became a Certified Guardian Ad Litem for Broward County where she advocated for children that were abandoned, neglected, or abused. She also worked full-time for a litigation law firm where she attended numerous trials and gained extensive trial experience.

Jessica is licensed to Practice Law in the State of Florida and the U.S. District Court in the Southern District of Florida.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys traveling and spending time with her German Shepherd, Nina.
