Marc D. Pacin is one of the Founding Partners of Pacin Levine, P.A. Marc earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctorate from St. Thomas University School of Law. After law school, he immediately gained invaluable courtroom experience working at Wadsworth Huott, LLP, an insurance defense firm. There, he handled catastrophic injury cases, trucking accident cases, wrongful death cases, and slip and falls on behalf of insurance companies. Learning how insurance companies attempt to minimize injuries, Marc became fluent in identifying the vulnerabilities in their cases. Utilizing this insider knowledge, Marc has become a successful civil litigation attorney who represents individuals against these large insurance companies to ensure his clients receive the compensation they are entitled to.

As a dedicated member of his local community, he serves as a “Young President” of Mount Sinai Hospital and has made significant personal contributions to the hospital. Pacin Levine, P.A. has also been a significant contributor to Nicklaus Children’s Holiday Toy Drive year after year — the firm served as their presenting sponsor in 2021.
